Trademark registration on Kangxin IP Platform is available in Mainland China and almost everywhere else in the world, and registration is easy. Complete the required information –

-         The type of mark (word, device, etc)

-         Describe its name & color

-         Select the goods/services class in which to register (Note: China has a unique subclass system, laid out during the registration process on the platform)

Upon completing the applicant’s basic information, you are invited to submit your payment via our secure online portal (VIP clients may have an option of paying at a later time). As a last step, we ask that you submit your

-         Business License (or identification information if you are an individual)

-         Power of Attorney
