Your data is stored in enterprise-grade, ISO 27001-certified cloud data centers with geo-redundant backup. The primary data centers are located in Asia with options for regional data residency based on client requirements. All data centers meet the highest international standards for physical security, environmental controls, and network connectivity.
Yes. All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Encryption keys are managed through hardware security modules (HSMs) and are rotated regularly. Even in the unlikely event of unauthorized physical access to storage media, your data would remain unreadable.
MLPS Level 3 is China's national cybersecurity classification standard under the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China. It applies to information systems whose compromise could cause "serious damage" to social order or the public interest. The certification requires a comprehensive evaluation by an accredited third-party agency covering physical security, network security, application security, data security, and management practices. For clients operating in or with China, it provides assurance that the platform meets the country's most stringent operational security requirements.
Only users explicitly authorized by your organization can access your data. Our role-based access control (RBAC) system ensures that each user can only see and interact with the data relevant to their role. On the Kangxin side, access to client data is restricted to authorized personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, with all access logged and audited.
We have a comprehensive incident response plan that includes 24/7 monitoring, immediate containment procedures, root cause analysis, and client notification within 72 hours of confirmed incidents. Our incident response team conducts regular drills and tabletop exercises to ensure readiness.

You can export all your data at any time before cancellation. After account closure, we retain your data for 30 days in case you change your mind, after which it is securely and permanently deleted using industry-standard data sanitization methods. A certificate of destruction is available upon request.
