Ministerial Decision No. 52/2024 by the Yemeni Trademark Office has eliminated the previous restriction on the number of goods and services in a single trademark application. Now, applicants can include an unlimited number of items. However, any goods or services listed beyond the first ten will incur additional publication fees, calculated at 5% of the standard publication fee per extra item. The Trademark Office’s nline system is currently being updated to reflect this change, which will take effect soon.
