IP Australia Official Fees Increase & New Procedure Introduced

As of 1 October 2024, IP Australia will be implementing a new procedure for how excess claim fees are handled and changing Official fees.
The changes to Official fees relate to fees for patent, trade mark, design and plant breeder's rights, including Oppositions.
