Pursuant to the Industrial Property Protection Law of Iran, approved in 2024, and effective from April 12, 2025, all accepted trademarks applications and other post-registration trademark actions will be published electronically on the Intellectual Property System website, accessible at https://ipm.ssaa.ir/MGZ. Consequently, as of the aforementioned date, the trademarks applications and trademark actions will no longer be published in the Official Gazette. Instead, the Electronic Gazette of Intellectual Property will serve as the sole medium for trademark publication. Meanwhile, this transition to electronic publication has resulted in the cancellation of the previously applicable publication fees.
