Since fiscal year 2021, the Japan Patent Office has been holding the "Connecting Patent Office" event to support the use of intellectual property in business.

In addition to local companies and support organizations introducing cutting-edge initiatives, there will be lectures and panel discussions by experts active on the front lines of various fields to raise awareness of intellectual property utilization. Utilizing the local government and the IP management support network (INPIT, Japan Patent Attorneys Association, Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Small and Medium Enterprise Agency), we will deliver information tailored to local needs.
