The Joint Ministerial Decision (Government Gazette B’ 4218/4-8-2025) has been published, regarding the procedure for the imposition and collection of administrative fines under Article 65A of Law 2121/1993 (A’ 25).
The purpose of this Decision is to define the procedure for imposing and collecting the administrative fines provided for in Article 65A of Law 2121/1993 (A’ 25), the competent collection authorities, the process for submitting objections by offenders, as well as the implementation details of paragraph 2B of Article 65A of Law 2121/1993 (A’ 25).
