Please be advised that the Registrar General of Intellectual Property in Sudan has announced the immediate suspension of all administrative work to facilitate the relocation of the Trademark Office from Port Sudan back to the capital, Khartoum.

2. Relocation Details and Interim Arrangements

The TM office will be temporarily headquartered at the Ministry of Minerals premises, as the main Intellectual Property office requires repairs for the time being. This transition period is currently estimated to last approximately two weeks, subject to local transportation conditions.

3. Deadline Assurance and Client Protection

We wish to reassure our clients and associates that any official deadlines falling within this suspension period will be automatically extended to the first working day upon the official resumption of duties, ensuring that your rights remain fully protected during this interim phase.
