Are you an SME and you want to file a trademark, design or patent in 2026? Or do you want to apply for a plant variety certificate or use the IP Scan Enforcement service?
The SME Fund supports you in the protection of your assets and allows you to benefit from a partial reimbursement of fees for filing intellectual property titles and patent prior art search services carried out by the INPI.
This year you can get four checks and thus accumulate up to €7,320 in reimbursement.
