Starting a business: a self-assessment to take stock of your project

To help future entrepreneurs assess the soundness of their project before starting their procedures, the National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI), the Chambers of Commerce and Industry (CCI) and the Chambers of Trades and Crafts (CMA) provide a simple, quick and free online self-assessment.

Accessible via the e-procedures portal, this tool allows project leaders to assess their level of preparation in just a few minutes.

A first step towards securing your project

Although starting a business is now made easier thanks to the One-Stop Shop set up by the State and operated by the INPI, the success and sustainability of a project depend above all on solid preparation.

With this self-assessment, future entrepreneurs respond to seven key questions in order to assess the foundations of their project before starting the formalities. In a few moments, they get an initial idea of their level of preparation.
