On the occasion of VivaTech, the INPI is organizing its 4th Pitch Contest in partnership with WIPO and HEC Paris.

Five start-ups Companies from HEC's flagship program for supporting the creation of innovative companies with high growth potential – Challenge+ – have once again been selected to compete: BEAMS : revolutionizing cancer surgery through nuclear medicine FoxBio : redefining the treatment of inflammatory diseases Henddu : measuring, analyzing and forecasting air quality in real time Kaptory : to facilitate tissue regeneration WheelMove : improving the mobility of disabled people Accompanied by the INPI, all were made aware of the issues surrounding intellectual property Eager to expand internationally, they use their knowledge and experience on a daily basis to promote innovations and creations.

Each of them will have four minutes to present their project and then three minutes to answer to the questions of our jury composed of four experts: Julie Zerbib, Ile-de-France Regional Delegate at INPI, Pere Arque-Castells, Stream Leader for Legal and Innovation Policies at the EPO, Ali Jazairy, Senior Advisor, PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) International Cooperation Division at WIPO, Inge Kerkloh-Devif, Senior Executive Director at HEC Paris Institute of Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

At the end of the competition, the jury will designate the start-up winner; but this year there could be a second winner since the public will also choose a favorite.
