In accordance with the Measures for the Protection of Geographical Indication Products and the Measures for the Protection of Foreign Geographical Indication Products, the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) organized technical examinations. Having passed the examinations, 2 products including Charlemagne and Crémant de Bourgogne are recognized as geographical indication products and shall be protected as of the date of this announcement.
