In accordance with the Notice on Carrying Out the Special Work on Copyright Protection of Theatrical Films and the Opinions on Further Strengthening Copyright Regulation of Works Disseminated on the Internet issued by the National Copyright Administration of China (NCAC), as well as the key copyright regulation work plan, and based on the licensing information of works reported by the relevant right holders, the ninth batch of the 2026 copyright protection early warning list of key works (theatrical films) is hereby published.

Relevant network service providers shall take the following protection measures with respect to the key works on the copyright protection early warning list: network service providers that directly provide content shall not provide works on the copyright protection early warning list without authorization; network service providers that provide storage space shall prohibit users from uploading works on the copyright protection early warning list; and relevant network service providers shall expedite the processing of notices from the right holders of works on the copyright protection early warning list requesting the removal of infringing content or the disconnection of infringing links.

Local copyright administrative law enforcement and regulatory authorities shall issue copyright early warning notices to major network service providers in their regions and intensify copyright monitoring and regulation. Unauthorized and illegal dissemination of the key works on the copyright protection early warning list via information networks shall be investigated and punished strictly and promptly in accordance with the law.
