In accordance with the Notice on Carrying Out Special Work for the Copyright Protection of Theatrical Films and the Opinions on Further Strengthening the Copyright Supervision of Works Disseminated over the Internet issued by the National Copyright Administration of China, as well as the work plan for key copyright supervision, and on the basis of the licensing information of works reported by the relevant right holders, the Eleventh Batch of the 2026 Early Warning List for the Copyright Protection of Key Works (Theatrical Films) is hereby published.

Relevant network service providers shall take the following protective measures with respect to the key works on the copyright protection early warning list: network service providers that directly provide content shall not provide the works on the copyright protection early warning list without authorization; network service providers that provide storage space shall prohibit users from uploading the works on the copyright protection early warning list; relevant network service providers shall expedite the handling of notices from the right holders of the works on the copyright protection early warning list concerning the deletion of infringing content or the disabling of infringing links.

Copyright administrative law enforcement and supervision departments in all localities shall issue copyright early warning notices to the major network service providers in their respective regions and intensify copyright monitoring and supervision. Where key works on the copyright protection early warning list are illegally disseminated through information networks without authorization, they shall be investigated and dealt with strictly and promptly in accordance with the law.
