To the copyright administrations of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government:

In order to summarise and distil the experience and practices of the various regions in advancing the building of a strong copyright nation, and to expand the leading and radiating effect of model examples, the National Copyright Administration of China organised the solicitation of the third batch of model cases for building a strong copyright nation. Following review, a total of 36 model cases were selected, comprising 9 in the category of copyright industry services, 8 in the category of copyright protection, 9 in the category of international communication of copyright, and 10 in the category of copyright enforcement cases. These are hereby published.

All regions should actively publicise and promote the model cases, learn from and draw on their experience and practices, further improve the quality and effectiveness of building a strong copyright nation, tell China's copyright story well, and make a positive contribution to socialist modernisation.
