The public satisfaction survey on trademark examination and review is a sample survey approved by the National Bureau of Statistics (Guo Tong Zhi [2025] No. 139), organised and implemented by the Trademark Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and carried out by the China Trademark Association under entrustment. Its purpose is to solicit, on a broad basis, the evaluations and suggestions of trademark applicants and trademark agents regarding trademark examination and review work, so as to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of that work.

Pursuant to the relevant provisions of the Statistics Law of the People's Republic of China, State organs, enterprises, public institutions and other organisations, as well as individual industrial and commercial households and individuals and other statistical survey respondents, must, in accordance with this Law and the relevant State provisions, provide the materials required for statistical surveys truthfully, accurately, completely and in a timely manner; they must not provide untruthful or incomplete statistical materials, and must not submit statistical materials late or refuse to submit them.

In accordance with the sampling scheme, if you are selected as a respondent for this year's public satisfaction survey on trademark examination and review, please cooperate actively and complete the questionnaire upon receiving the survey notice. The survey links for this survey will mainly be sent by email and text message; the sending email address is dservice@iphouse.cn, and text messages will be sent from randomly generated numbers. The Trademark Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration will keep strictly confidential any trade secrets and personal information that come to its knowledge in the course of the statistical survey. Please complete the questionnaire truthfully.
