Announcement of the China National Intellectual Property Administration

In accordance with the Measures for the Protection of Geographical Indication Products and the Measures for the Administration of the Use of the Special Sign for Geographical Indications (for Trial Implementation), following examination by the relevant provincial intellectual property offices and examination by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, it has been decided to cancel the registration for use of the special sign for geographical indications of 112 enterprises, including Beijing Yongfeng Innovation Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., on grounds such as that they no longer engage in the production of the geographical indication product concerned, that their business licence has been deregistered, that the relevant production permit has been cancelled, that their business licence has been revoked, or that they have moved out of the geographical area of production of the geographical indication product.
