In accordance with the Measures for the Protection of Geographical Indication Products, 157 enterprises producing 52 products—Fenzhou walnuts, Shouyang dried tofu, Chagan Lake bighead carp, Jilin Changbai Mountain ginseng, Jilin Changbai Mountain natural mineral water, Qian'an glutinous maize, Yanbian spicy cabbage (Yanbian Korean spicy cabbage), Fangzheng rice, Tailai rice, Banpu vinegar, Donghai crystal, Xishan yellow rice wine, Anji white tea, Changshan huyou citrus, Jiahe black carp and its products, Bagongshan tofu, Dafang tea, Huangshan Maofeng tea, Jinshan Shiyu tea, Jiuhua polygonatum, Lu'an Guapian tea, Nanling rice, Qimen black tea, Shexian Zhulan scented tea, Yongchun Foshou tea, Zhenghe white tea, Longkou vermicelli, Daokou roast chicken, Fanxian rice, Huai rehmannia, Huai Chinese yam, Jun porcelain, Ru porcelain, Xixia kiwifruit, Xixia shiitake mushrooms, Xinyang Maojian tea, Yuanyang rice, Caidian lotus root, Jianli grain liquor, Zhouxiang Fenghuang tea, Fushan coffee, Baimiao blood oranges, Longchang ramie cloth, Miyi loquats, wine from the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains, Hotan jujubes, Turpan grapes, Turpan raisins, Qinzhouhuang millet, Sheyang rice, Dongpo pickled vegetables, and Luzhou liquor—have applied respectively to the intellectual property authorities where the products originate for permission to use the special geographical indication symbol. Following review by the relevant provincial intellectual property authorities and examination and recognition by the China National Intellectual Property Administration, registration is hereby granted. With immediate effect, the above enterprises are approved to use the special geographical indication symbol on the geographical indication products they produce and to receive geographical indication product protection.
