Announcement of the China National Intellectual Property Administration

To fulfil Article 6ter of the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property to which China is a party, and pursuant to relevant provisions of the first paragraph of Article 10 of the Trademark Law of the People’s Republic of China, 18 signs notified to CNIPA by the International Bureau of the World Intellectual Property Organization on 30 September 2025 are hereby included in official-sign protection.

Annexes: 1. Three signs such as emblems and national flags; 2. Five signs such as emblems, names and abbreviations of intergovernmental international organisations.
