To strengthen management of national IP protection centres and rapid enforcement centres and to coordinate province-wide rapid collaborative IP protection, the Liaoning IP Office recently held the 2026 provincial work meeting on rapid collaborative IP protection. Responsible persons from the province’s national IP protection centres and rapid enforcement centres attended.

Centres exchanged views on implementing CNIPA priority tasks, advancing high-quality rapid collaborative protection and cross-regional patent pre-examination. The meeting reviewed progress in the first three quarters and set next-step priorities, stressing a province-wide coordinated approach and joint delivery of key tasks.

Next, the Liaoning IP Office will further strengthen rapid collaborative protection, raise IP service capacity, give full play to these institutions, and better serve high-quality economic development.
